Mandatory Vaccinations are Being Forced on Workers and Children

Why are mandatory vaccinations being forced upon health care workers, child care workers and even children now? It would make much more sense to simply just mandate that workers with influenza-like symptoms not be allowed to come to work or just be screened as soon as they get to work. Young children shouldn’t ever be forced to receive vaccines without parental consent.

Most flu vaccines authorized in the U.S. are distributed in multi-dose vials and even consist of 25 mcg of the mercury preservative, Thimerosal, in quantities above EPA safety recommendations for one day exposures to mercury. It is not even yet clear which vaccines are under consideration for mandate. If a single vaccine is permitted to be required rather than voluntary, then other types will surely follow.

Vaccine scientists cover up for vaccine scientists. They always keep most of their dirty industry secrets within their own circle of silence and don’t expose the facts about the contamination of their vaccines. Dr. Robert Bell, once Vice President of the International Society for Cancer Research at the British Cancer Hospital even claimed that, “The chief, if not the sole, cause of the monstrous increase in cancer has been vaccination”.

There are even bigger concerns related to vaccine informed consent violations in the workplace. In particular, the question arises as to who ends up paying the costs for workers that happen to be injured as a result of a vaccination. An additional concern is whether or not a vaccine injury claim goes through worker’s compensation or not. On top of that, there should be a discussion about unemployment compensation for workers who happen to be fired for refusing to be vaccinated. The potential consequence of personal injury claims becoming a taxpayer burden needs to be addressed as well.

Health Care Workers

In February of 2012, the National Vaccine Advisory Committee (NVAC) advocated that health care facilities consider mandatory flu shot regulations as a condition of employment for health care workers so they can meet Healthy People 2020 goals. You will find now over 400 hospitals in America that require their hospital employees to have flu vaccines as a condition of employment. Four states already have legislation on the books forcing all health care staff to get the vaccinations no matter which facility they are employed in. Even more states are looking into passing these kinds of laws.

The rate of success of the vaccine is a year by year crapshoot. This year’s shot is commonly discovered by even the CDC itself to be effective just 62 percent of the time. It has not even been confirmed to be totally effective any year. In fact, you can find hundreds of research studies that reveal that the vaccine has indeed injured people who have received it. World-leading immunogeneticist Dr. Hugh Fudenberg even discovered that people who accept five flu shots over the course of their lives have a ten times greater chance of acquiring Alzheimer’s Disease.

Health care workers are being let go for refusing inoculation. There are no flexible health related, religious and even personal belief exemptions contained in these mandated policies. This does not adhere to the US Rehabilitation Act or the National Labor Relations Act. In Ohio, the health care company TriHealth has fired more than 150 employees for not complying with flu shots. Firings have likewise occurred in Florida and Pennsylvania.

The Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and an astonishing assortment of medical professional establishments including the American Medical Association (AMA) are definitely opposed to any of these required vaccinations since they don’t include medical, philosophical and personal exemptions.

Child Care Workers

Colorado as well as Texas are looking at vaccine mandates targeting child care workers. Child care personnel have been advised to be up-to-date on vaccines which include: measles-mumps-rubella (MMR), tetanus-diphtheria (Td) or tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis (Tdap), varicella, influenza, and hepatitis B.

In Texas, legislators are discussing SB64 necessitating licensed child care centers to formulate and put into practice policies regarding employee vaccination. There are concerns about the ease with which legislative processes are bypassed and mandates enacted that impact human rights in these states.

The American Federation of Teachers has stated that, “The mandate should be the adoption of a comprehensive standard similar to OSHA blood-borne pathogen standard with requirements for training, voluntary immunization and declination after education”.

Children

In January of 2013 the national Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, also known as the “vaccine court”, awarded huge amounts of money to two children with autism for “pain and suffering” and lifelong care of their injuries, which together could cost tens of millions of dollars. Taxpayer dollars are ultimately used to cover the cost of the analysis and therapy needed for these injured young children.

The defendant, Health and Human Services (HHS), will not concede in court that vaccines are leading to autism after cases in court finish and settlements are granted. They settle cases when they decide not to dedicate further resources to defending cases.

The decline in vocabulary, eye contact and interest in others around them are common classic symptoms of the regressive autism being evident in young children affected by these immunizations. Seizure complications and even autoimmune complications can continue over a lengthy period of time.

The measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccination is one which is triggering Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or even asthma. A few other vaccines including the hepatitis B (HiB) vaccine and the DTaP vaccine have been linked with reports of autism. Today’s immunization schedule now calls for kids to get 55 vaccinations by age 6!

A bill has been presented in Texas that would permit children to consent to receiving vaccines without the need for parental permission. California enacted a comparable bill in 2011, enabling 12-year-olds to consent to vaccines. Children this young do not have any way of knowing about the safety considerations involved in getting vaccinations. Shots from vaccinations can be just as harmful as shots coming out of a gun.

The CDC has a webpage titled, “Pregnant Women Need a Flu Shot!” urging expectant mothers to get vaccinated against the flu. Yet, their website also warns that children younger than 6 months of age must never get a flu shot! Unborn children are younger than six months of age, aren’t they?

Conclusions

The movement against vaccine mandates is all about preserving the informed consent rights of American people. Informed consent is the central core of the Nuremberg Code which had been created by the Nuremberg Tribunal to always keep the pharmaceutical industry responsible enough to never again commit the dreadful “medical” abuses it did during the Holocaust.

There are hardly any risks relating to nearly all of the mandatory safety equipment at work. There can, however, be substantial health risks relating to vaccines. Some individuals are even more susceptible to adverse reactions to these kinds of harmful drugs than other people. This is definitely a clear neglect of workplace rights. Many more occupations could possibly be the target of upcoming rule changes and mandates relating to this.

Granted, vaccinations are not the only cause of some of these associated and documented issues like autism in children. Yes, they can be beneficial to some people in some situations. Nonetheless, we certainly have documented proof that there is a correlation that can’t be dismissed between vaccinations and subsequent illnesses. Some people are definitely being hurt by vaccination treatments that are being forced on them. We must administer vaccination programs which allow for informed consent and which are voluntary rather than mandatory. We must each take a personal stand against mandatory vaccinations now so that our lives and other’s can be spared. What are you going to do?
